R2D2 & a Russian Sub

It's time for a few more pictures from my last trip. I have two more trips coming up in September, so I thought I'd get Boston and Rhode Island out of my system.



Here's a picture of me with the original R2D2 at the Boston Museum of Science. R2D2 and I are about the same age.





Here I am on the deck of a Russian nuclear submarine in the bay of Providence, Rhode Island. The sub was filled with gadgetry, tiny bunks and huge missiles. Note my snazzy new Metallica shirt. I ordered it from the fan club website just for the August 16 concert.
