Xtra Hot!

Tonight I'm sampling a new El Yucateco hot sauce labeled "XXXtra Hot". I highly recommend this flavor sensation. Perhaps the origins are not as racy as the description on the bottle, but Habanero salsa or Kutbil-ik, is a traditional Mayan sauce. The Product Wiki review of this sauce is hilarious and obviously not written by a Minnesotan The reviewer describes how quickly the 4 oz. bottle is consumed. Most Minnesotans would just wave the bottle over their chili, and that way it would last a lifetime.
