Ready to Go to the Ball

After I researched the Headbanger's Ball crisis, I discovered an episode of the Ball on my husband's TiVo. Although the blog for the the Ball claims it airs at 11 PM EST, the TiVo caught it at 3 AM CST. Does this signal the end of the Ball? Or some lame phase out? MTV is so busy creating game shows that the Music Television network has little time for music.
